Tim is the founding pastor of DCC and founder of Associated Ministries, which lobbies for Christian interests in Washington. He writes a newsletter "AMI Capital Report" that gives the Christian perspective on politics. In addition, he serves as pastor of a small local church.
Sherry works at Family Research Council, involved with congressional relationships and Christian issues of concern, including religious freedom issues.

Jeff is also a gifted Bible teacher. His parents are former DCC members Tom and Lillian Jansen (retired to FL), and Jeff grew up in our church.

Reaching the Latino population of Lexington with the Gospel of Christ, Chal and Holley serve as "missionaries in their own backyard." Iglesia Nueva Vida means "New Life Church" and is so named because the immigrants the church reaches come to the U.S. from all over Latin America looking for a chance to start over. The church purposefully and actively trains leaders and disciples members in both English and Spanish. Many DCC members have participated in the yearly evangelistic Festivals. Currently Iglesia Nueva Vida is raising funds for a building to house their growing ministries. Holley is the daughter of DCC members Dale and Patti Coleman and is the sister of members Kelly Fletcher and Blair Bick.

The Lleshis work with college students at the university in Tirane and began a sports (soccer) ministry to work full time with athletes this school year. They also run "Athletes in Action" conferences in Albania. In addition they have helped to take the Jesus film to rural areas and helped run the "We Are Not Ashamed" Student Conferences for several years.
While at Oglethorpe University, Meredith was a student of former DCC member Keith Baker (retired with wife DeAnn in FL).

ECM is committed to planting and developing churches and imparting to them the vision to multiply in the local community.
